Terms of Service

Last updated August 2026 · Pilot version

1. The pilot

AdvocacyOS is operated by Ridge Policy Group ("we," "us"). It is currently offered on an invite-only pilot basis to a limited set of organizations. By creating an account or signing in, you agree to these terms. Because this is a pilot, features, pricing, and these terms themselves may change more than they would for a fully launched product — we'll tell active accounts about material changes directly.

2. What AdvocacyOS does

AdvocacyOS monitors Pennsylvania legislation, matches it against your organization's stated mission and issue areas using AI, and provides tools to help you understand and act on bills you care about. Legislative data comes from LegiScan, a third-party source we do not control; we make no guarantee it is complete, current, or free of error, and it should not be your sole source for anything time-sensitive or legally significant.

3. Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for activity under your account. If you invite teammates into your organization's workspace, they can see that workspace's data — it's your responsibility to invite the right people. Don't share your login credentials.

4. Acceptable use

Please don't use AdvocacyOS to:

  • Attempt to access another organization's data without authorization.
  • Interfere with or overload the service (including automated scraping or excessive automated requests).
  • Use AI-generated content from AdvocacyOS as verified fact without your own review — see the disclaimer below.
  • Use the service for anything unlawful.

5. AI-generated content

Analyses, prospect reports, talking points, drafts, and relevance scores produced by AdvocacyOS are generated by an AI model and are a working starting point, not verified fact. Verify names, dates, representation status, and any factual or legal claim before you rely on it, publish it, or act on it. We are not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of unverified AI output.

6. Fees

Pilot accounts are not currently billed. If and when AdvocacyOS moves to paid pricing, we'll tell you what would change and when, before anything is charged.

7. Termination

You may stop using AdvocacyOS at any time. We may suspend or end access to an account that violates these terms, poses a security risk, or — during this pilot — if we discontinue the pilot itself; we'll give notice where practical.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

AdvocacyOS is provided "as is," especially during this pilot, without warranties of any kind. We are not a law firm and AdvocacyOS is not legal advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ridge Policy Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of AdvocacyOS, including reliance on legislative data or AI-generated content.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
